According to a recent study of typeface preferences, Arial emerged as the number one typeface among U.S. graphic designers by a margin of 11%. Number two: Papyrus. And if this information makes you uncomfortable there are two things you should know.

What determines the goodness or badness of a font? Is it the font itself, or the way it’s been handled over time? Can a bad font be redeemed? Can good fonts be ruined?

2.) Relax. No such study exists. And if it did, everyone already knows New Lobster would top the list.
